We are in the midst of fall. The leaves are changing colors, it's getting a bit cooler, and we look forward to rooting for our favorite college football teams every Saturday. One can't truly experience fall without enjoying a little pumpkin spice flavor here and there (call me basic if you wish, but that sh*t is TASTY). This easy to make overnight oat recipe captures this fall-favorite flavor, while providing you with an energy-boosting, healthy, and filling breakfast! This recipe also works great as a pre-workout meal to help give you the extra "oomph" in your workout.

Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup milk of choice (I used Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla for added protein and less carbs)
1/2 cup (120g) canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp whole allspice, crushed
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of ground cloves

*Cut the ingredients in half for a reduced-calorie option*
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy as a quick and convenient breakfast on the go!
